LS-600 Launcher Style Loader
The Drake LS-600 encompasses all of the hygienic design benefits of Drake’s other Launcher Style loaders, but in a compact design ideal for mid-sized packaging lines. Shown with the BL-600, optional Bag Loader.
Capable of loading up to 600 pieces per minute, this machine was designed with packaging lines that operate from 1 to 1.5 tons per hour capacity. These units can handle a variety of products up to 200 mm in length (8 inches).
The model LS-600 was designed with hygiene and safety in mind. All areas of the machine with moving parts are completely guarded, but the unit can be taken apart and cleaned without tools in less than an hour.
The LS-600’s launcher section utilizes the same sanitary food belts as our larger launcher models that can be easily removed for cleaning. All areas of the machine are driven by only four AC stainless steel motors that are totally enclosed to withstand the severe sanitation procedures used in RTE environments.
Multiple count and multiple layers are easily and quickly changed from one package size to another. The loader is designed to package both bulk and retail packages.
As with all Drake loaders, only one inspector is required on this machine, thus minimizing labor requirements on your packaging line.

Optional Add-on
The BL-600 Bag Loader
The Drake BL-600 is an optional bag loading device designed to mate to the Drake LS-600 autoloader. The unit easily wheels under the loading head of the autoloader where it receives exact product counts. The exact counts are transported to the single station loading area where the loading piston automatically fills the bag preloaded onto a chute designed for your bag size.
