Perhaps, you have had the pleasure of talking with Sally. Ms. Ratcliffe is a Customer Service Representative and our Export Specialist. We are proud to have her as a part of the team in these capacities. Her listening skills and comprehension of the loading equipment are an asset as she identifies your needs. Whether putting together an order, coordinating documentation, or booking air, land, or sea transport her attention to detail is outstanding. In her free time, she schedules the transport of her two adorable children.
